It has been a privilege to be a member of the Council for Emerging and New Statisticians (CENS) since 2024. CENS operates under the Eastern North American Region (ENAR) of the International Biometric Society (IBS), and supports students and early-career statisticians through mentorship, networking, and professional development. I served on the Steering Committee in 2025, and I’m now serving as Co-Chair, a role I began in 2026.
